• The delegate fee includes conference registration, delegation kit, healthcare report, souvenir, lunches, dinner, cocktails and entry to the exhibition.
  
• It does not include airfare, hotel stay or any other incidental expenses.
  
• No further request for discounts will be entertained. Only forms accompanied by requisite delegate fees will be accepted.
  
• FICCI reserves the right to reject any registration without assigning any reason.
  
• Please note: 1 USD=INR 45, Dollar convertible at prevailing market rate
  
• Travel & Stay- Participants are required to make their own travel and stay arrangements. FICCI can only facilitate in arranging accommodation near the venue if informed before 20th August 2010, payment has to be made by the delegates.

Cancellation Policy for Registration

Requests received in writing before Aug 15, 2010 will be considered for cancellation. A 25% handling charge will be deducted from the total amount deposited towards the delegate fee and the rest refunded by cheque. For cancellations after Aug. 15, 2010, no amount will be refunded.

Participants can also make payments through Swift transfer in favour of FICCI.
